Here is the Superfood Smoothie recipe:
2 teaspoons of Spirulina Powder
1/2 scoop of greens
1 tablespoon of Ground Flax seeds
1 tablespoon of Hemp seeds
1 tablespoon of Chia seeds
1/2 dropper of Marine Phytoplankton
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Few ounces of coconut water
1/2 banana
a little bit of honey for flavor
My mom, who only eats raw food, gave me this recipe. She has a blog, too! She recommends buying the ingredients from www.Vitacost.com because they have the best prices.
