Really, you shouldn&#039;t get me started on this subject because you will be annoyed by how long I could chatter:) In my opinion, and many in the Army&#039;s special operations community, it is one of the best ways to get in the best shape of your life.  I hope the gym is awesome.  Give it a try:)</description>

		<description>We just got a Crossfit in town. It looks wonderful! I really want to get myself in shape before Spring really hits. Last summer I had back problems and it really hindered what I could do with the boys. Hate that! Not letting that happen this year.</description>

		<description>Well, I am somewhat embarrassed to admit that I have started &quot;The Biggest Loser&quot; DVDs and I honestly love them!  I alternate the Cardio Max and the Power Sculpt (both 6 week workouts) every other day and I think they are working!!  =)</description>

I&#039;m thinking of taking a Zumba class but here it is only offered once a week with Cycling offered the rest of the week all day long... ugh so much for going to take classes.
