Happy in our new home

So we are breaking down our “box village” in our new house, and it’s beginning to feel like our home.  Here are some of the best parts of my day; all pictures were taken this morning.

The mornings in our house are quite peaceful.  Jackson and Juno play together while I drink a warm cup of coffee.

The doorbell rang two nights ago, and when I opened the door, I saw this huge tree with my husband standing behind it!  What a wonderful treat!!  We haven’t decorated it yet, but it makes me so happy already!

Finally, the light and candle in my new kitchen make this woman happier than they should! They provide a literal warm glow in one of the best rooms in the house.

As the house begins to look a little bit more settled, I’ll post more pics. For now, this is my Happy Story!

Love your pictures, especially Jackson! Take some video of the decorating, we would all love to see the finished product!

Thanks Colleen! And I didn’t even add the boots, they were just there when I came down the stairs. I think it’s cute though. Now the tree is decorated! Yippee!!
